Well I have been trying the makeup that I received. and trying different color combo with the eyeshadow. So far I like the pink and brown color combo and the earth tones like brown, light brown, greens.
Some of the eye shadow falls in my eye during the day which is bothersome, I purchase the Makeup set mist from E.L.F. in hopes of preventing that...will have to let you know how that goes. Also, Since I order on February 28th, 2012 I qualified for a Free Mystery Bag worth $20.00 and just received it yesterday. The Mystery Bag had 2 different Lip gloss in different colors, Eye Shadow Kit with 4 Duo pallets, the Simmering eyeshadow palette, a counselor brush, and a single color eye shadow.
I like the lipstick I got from E.L.F. as they stay moist and don't dry out through the day and it seems to be long wear.
I am still trying different techniques to see which looks I like and thinking about posting pictures of ones I like.

UPDATE: Recieved E.L.F. package
Hello,
I have recieve my package of E.L.F. this past Wednesday. I have yet try any of it out but prior to start using it I will be researching how to do different looks.
The free gift I got was a Flirty lip color gloss, that I was eye balling but decided to pass this time.
I am thinking about posting picuters of the products and posting my intital thoughts...for other, but for records for myself to see which I like and what works for me.

New Chapter...intro
Hi there,
I am heading into a new chapter in my life. I have come to realize that one is treated how they are perceived by the way one presents themselves to the world. Up to this point I have not been real big on the wearing of Make-up and highly fashionable cloths...although I feel that I dress nice it just does not reflect the perception I feel others should have.
I am new to blogging and not sure if I will use this as more of a journal of what I am doing to change my perception among my co-workers and other in general or if I will use this for tips and tricks I learn along the way in my journey.
Why am I going to change my actions on wearing make-up and dressing so others perceive me the way they should regardless to what type of cloths I wear or if I am wearing make-up or not! Good question, Because I have learned that in the working community people go by what they see and judge a person based on how they dress, if they wear make-up, how nice and varied they do their hair...as if any of these traits tell them how a person works, their quality of work and such.
One thing I have heard over and over....and really not paid attention to is "Dress for the job you want...Not necessarily the job you have currently." The older I get the more I see that it is so true...although it seem shallow, it how our society is.
I am expecting my first order of some Make-up from www.eyeslipsface.com that should be arriving in the next couple of days and I plan on learning how to use make-up to help make me look more professional and confident. I have been watching make-up tutorials trying to learn what looks I could do and what would look best on me, as I never really played or experimented with make-up before.
The next step is to go through my wardrobe and buy new more professional attire.
I look forward to this journey and I hope I can inspire others.
